Biryani Masala

Option Biryani Masala is an intricately formulated blend of  aromatic spices for the world famous and ever cherished rice dish from the nawabi kitchens of Mughal empire.

Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Turmeric, Cassia, Cardamom, Clove, Shiahjeera, Black Pepper, Staranise, Mint Leaves, Mace, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, Nutmeg, Trifla.

RECIPE OF VEGETABLE BIRYANI:

Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. After a minute, add chopped onion. Once they turn golden, add tomato puree and let it cook till butter separates. Now add Option Biryani Masala, salt and saute for a while. Add boiled vegetables of your choice along with fresh chopped mint leaves, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and little sugar. Once done, add 75% cooked basmati rice and mix gently. For additional flavours, add little rose water, kewra water & few saffron strands soaked in milk.  Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes at slow flame while gently stirring occasionally. Add fresh cream & ghee. Mix gently and garnish with fried onions and fresh coriander. Serve hot with curry or curd based raita of choice.
